Rapid Energy products sold on this website are manufactured by Vital Life Sciences (Pty) Ltd. We are not the manufacturer of these products.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, nutritional information and pricing are accurate.
Product packaging may occasionally change without notice. Customers should always read the product packaging before use.

3. Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices may change without notice.
Pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an incorrect price is displayed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment received.

Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.
Orders become binding only once payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted by us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:
- Products are unavailable.
- Incorrect pricing occurred.
- Fraud is suspected.

Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers, including Yoco where available.
We do not store customers' payment card details.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver within South Africa.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service.
Ownership and risk pass to the customer once the goods have been delivered to the delivery address provided.
7. Product Availability
Products are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and arrange either:
- a full refund, or
- an alternative product (where available).

In summary:
- Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days.
- Returns of partially used products may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Customers are responsible for return courier costs unless the incorrect or defective product was supplied.
