If you are not entirely happy with your order, this policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges are handled.

1. Return Period

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligible Returns

You may request a return if:

You received the incorrect product.

Your order arrived damaged during transit.

The product was defective when received.

You changed your mind before opening the product.

3. Consumable Products

Rapid Energy products are consumable items. For health, hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot normally be returned for resale.

However, we understand that a customer may open a box, use a single sachet and discover that the product is not suitable for them.

In these circumstances, returns of the remaining unopened sachets may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Each request will be assessed individually once the returned product has been inspected.

Approval of these returns is not automatic and may depend on the condition of the remaining product and packaging.

4. Products That Cannot Be Returned

We are unable to accept returns where:

The product has been substantially used or consumed.

The product has been intentionally damaged.

The product was not purchased from our website.

The return request falls outside the applicable return period without a valid reason.

5. Return Process

If you would like to request a return, please contact us before sending any products back.

Please include:

Your order number.

A description of the issue.

Photographs where applicable.

We will provide further instructions once your request has been reviewed.

6. Return Shipping

Where a return is due to a change of mind or a product not meeting personal preference, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

If we supplied the incorrect product or the product was defective upon arrival, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include covering the reasonable return shipping costs.

7. Refunds

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

8. Exchanges

Where stock is available, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be offered where appropriate.

9. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

If your order has already been handed to the courier, it will be treated as a return and the applicable return conditions will apply.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing contained in this policy limits or excludes any rights available to consumers under the South African Consumer Protection Act or any other applicable legislation.

11. 100% Genuine Products

All Rapid Energy products sold through our website are genuine products sourced through authorised distribution channels.
