We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Delivery Areas<\/h2>\n<p>We currently deliver throughout South Africa.<\/p>\n<p>Orders can be delivered to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Residential addresses<\/li>\n<li>Business addresses<\/li>\n<li>The Courier Guy PUDO Lockers<\/li>\n<li>The Courier Guy PUDO Counter Collection Points (where available)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. Courier Service<\/h2>\n<p>Orders are shipped using <a href=\"https:\/\/thecourierguy.co.za\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>The Courier Guy<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Customers may select one of the available delivery options during checkout, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Door-to-door delivery<\/li>\n<li>PUDO Locker to Locker<\/li>\n<li>PUDO Locker to Door<\/li>\n<li>PUDO Door to Locker (where available)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Available delivery methods may vary depending on your location.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Order Processing<\/h2>\n<p>Orders are normally processed within <strong>1 business day<\/strong> after payment has been successfully received.<\/p>\n<p>Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Delivery Timeframes<\/h2>\n<p>Estimated delivery times are<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Major metropolitan areas: <strong>1\u20133 business days<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Regional areas: <strong>2\u20135 business days<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Remote locations: Delivery times may vary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Shipping Costs<\/h2>\n<p>Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the delivery method selected and the destination.<\/p>\n<p>The final shipping charge will be displayed before payment is completed.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Order Tracking<\/h2>\n<p>Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (where available) allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Delivery Responsibility<\/h2>\n<p>Please ensure that your delivery address, email address, and telephone number are correct when placing your order.<\/p>\n<p>We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.<\/p>\n<h2>8. PUDO Locker Collections<\/h2>\n<p>If you choose delivery to a PUDO Locker, you are responsible for collecting your parcel within the collection period specified by The Courier Guy.<\/p>\n<p>If a parcel is not collected within the required time, it may be returned to us. Any additional courier charges for re-delivery may be payable by the customer.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Damaged or Missing Parcels<\/h2>\n<p>Please inspect your parcel as soon as possible after delivery.<\/p>\n<p>If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> of receiving the parcel.<\/p>\n<p>Where possible, please include photographs of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The outer packaging<\/li>\n<li>The shipping label<\/li>\n<li>The damaged products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This information helps us resolve the issue quickly with the courier.<\/p>\n<h2>10.
